Limitation

The services of rtination.com are limited to reproducing the RTI Application submitted on the website, and sending it over to the applicant by  email for his signature. Upon receipt of signed application (by email or by post) sending it by speed/registered post to the Public Information Officer of the department mentioned in the form submitted by the user online.

The content available through the website is the sole property of rtination.com. Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, rtination.com-owned content obtained from the site may be downloaded and printed for the personal, non-commercial use only.

Providing personal information

In order to avail certain services provided by rtination, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to rtination will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

Content posted on the rtination

rtination reserves the right to review, filter, refuse or remove part or whole of comment posted on the website by any user. The website bars the user from  usage of abusive, offensive, indecent and objectionable language in any form. You agree that you are solely responsible for any content you create while using the services and for the consequences of your actions by doing so. In case someone is found to use inappropriate language in the discussion board, his membership can be banned on the discretion of rtination. It might take a few days for the rtination team to review the application posted on the site before being finally dispatched to the respective department. We reserve the right to reject an application/ display or not display it on our site at any given point in time.

Delays from PIO or postal services

rtination does not take the responsibility on account of delay from the Public Information Officer (PIO) in responding to the information asked by any person. Nor does rtination take any responsibility for the postal delays or posts mishandling by the postal service. You agree that rtination would not be held responsible for these unwarranted delays.

Your passwords and account security

You agree that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with your account to access the services of rtination.com and thus you agree that you will be solely responsible for all activities that happen under your account. While rtination.com provides services of delivering application forms all over India, it bears no responsibility if the application is lost, misplaced at any point in time after the application has been submitted on the site. We bear no responsibility if your application is lost in any kind of postal transit. The responsibility of entering correct information in the application form lies with the applicant and rtination.com will not be responsible if the information entered by the applicant on the website is wrong or incomplete. The fees of the application form in non-refundable and no claims for refunds will be entertained under any circumstances. rtination.com takes no responsibility for the kind of questions asked on the website, all information mentioned in an application is under the sole discretion of the applicant and rtination.com will not be a part of any kind of litigation etc. arising out of it. In case an information is rejected its liability rests on the applicant and not on rtination.com as we are simply acting as a facilitator in applying for information  under the RTI  Act. 

Any disputes will come under the jurisdiction of the courts of Visakhapatnam only.
