Hello,
I would like to inform you that i had purchased a 6000 sq. feet (557.418 sq.Meter) of vacant KIADB industrial land in KIADB industrial area falling under KUMBALGODU GRAM PANCHAYAT.This property was registered in my name on 28/3/2007 at the office of Kengeri Sub Registrar. My Questions are 1)What necessary documents are required to be submitted at the Kumbalgodu Gram panchayat for transfer of Khata of my property, in my name? 2)Is there any fees for transfer of Khata? if yes, then How much i have to pay to Kumbalgodu gram panchayat for tranfer of my khata? 3)Since my property is a Vacant KIADB Industial Land in KIADB industrial area,Kumbalgodu and is purely meant for Industrial purposes.I want to know What is the annual Tax(KANDAYA) on Per square meter of my land payable to Kumbalgodu Gram Panchayat? 4)As the property was registered in my name on 28/3/2007,I want to know what is the total taxes(KANDAYA) due on my land including for the current year(2009-2010) that i am liable to pay to Kumbalgodu Gram Panchayat? 5)What action can be taken on Officials of Kumbalgodu Gram panchayat if they are demanding Hefty bribe and not transferring the Khata in my name? 6)The officials of Kumbalgodu Gram panchayat are collecting the annual taxes from many land owners of KIADB industrial land by calculating as per the commercial rates and not as per the applicable Industrial rates.They are issuing the Receipts for the same.This is gross violation and i want to know what action can be taken on these officials and if we can claim refund in such cases? Find the application fee for the request attached with this application(Indian Postal Order No. _________dated __________ is enclosed).If you feel that above requested information does not pertain to your department then please follow the provisions of Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005/Also as per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005 please provide the details (Name and Designation) of the first appellate authority w.r.t to your department with the reply to the above request., where I may if required file my first appeal. I do hereby declare that I am a citizen of India.Kindly provide me with the information at the address/email id mentioned with the application.
