Hello, Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005. A) On Master Plan: ----------------------- 1) Which civic body decides the land use for Ghaziabad distt. 2) Copy of all the Master Plans since 1991 till date and Amendments there to showing clearly the land use planned in each of these Master plans 3) Copy of the set of general rules/guidelines/reports referred to for making amends to a Master plan? (e.g. solid waste management rules/traffic/greenery/pollution/civic amenities like water/power etc./air force/aviation ministry etc.) 3a) Copy of all the rules/guidelines referred to for preparing the Master Plan in effect on this date of RTI. 4) What is the frequency of changing/reviewing/amending Master plan for major and minor updates? 4a) What constitutes a major update and minor update? 5) Which civic bodies/institutions/organizations and other entities/establishments are consulted before finalizing a Master plan? 6) Copies of No objections/approvals/acceptances provided by all entities as in #5 for the Master plan in effect on this date of RTI. B) On Landfill sites in general: -------------------------------------- 1) List and location of the various landfill sites in operation at present within the Municipal limits of Ghaziabad 2) List of proposed and approved landfill sites, but not yet in operation, withing the Municipal limits of Ghaziabad 3) Proposed date of commissioning of such sites in #2 above 4) Copy of "Application for obtaining authorization" for all such sites in #2 above, as per Form-I of "The Municipal Solid Wastes (Managing and Handling) Rules, 2000" issued by Ministry of Environment and Forests. 5) Copy of file notings and final approvals for #4 above 6) The status of permission for Landfill site at Dundhahera Village at Ghaziabad. Find the application fee for the request attached with this application(Indian Postal Order No. _________dated __________ is enclosed).If you feel that above requested information does not pertain to your department then please follow the provisions of Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005/Also as per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005 please provide the details (Name and Designation) of the first appellate authority w.r.t to your department with the reply to the above request., where I may if required file my first appeal.
