     With reference to the interviews held from 26^th to 28^th August, 2009 for selection of 14 Scientists ‘B’ in MNRE on direct recruitment basis, it is requested that the following information may kindly be provided under the provisions of Right To Information Act, 2005 –  

1. Please disclose the list of 14 candidates selected after interviews by the interview panel. 

2. Under Sec 4(1)(d) of the RTI Act, please provide me the reasons for the administrative decision to delay by 3 months the declaration of the results.

3. Please provide me the details of all steps taken (date-wise and in chronological order) and the processes followed, from 28 August 2009 till date for declaration of these results.

Find the application fee for the request attached with this application(Indian Postal Order No. _________dated __________ is enclosed).If you feel that above requested information does not pertain to your department then please follow the provisions of Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005/Also as per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005 please provide the details (Name and Designation) of the first appellate authority w.r.t to your department with the reply to the above request., where I may if required file my first appeal.
