Dear Sir/Madam,

Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

I have applied for Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) on 26 Nov 09 at Hyderabad regional passport office. After long waiting, I resubmitted my document to regional passport office on 31st Dec 09. I went through the police verification on 14th Jan 2010 and on police demand basis I submitted the SBI passbook photocopy, photographs and my educational certificates (hope, not necessary). Policeman Mr. Khan (mbl No. 9490616086) from Golconda police station took all the required documents and did formalities.

After doing above all the formalities, I have not received my passport. Online passport status is ‘OTHERS’ and over the SMS it is showing ‘POLICE REPORT AWAITED’.

I wrote emails to passport officer but I didn’t receive any positive response. When I went to meet to passport officer, the security didn’t allow me to meet with him. I don’t how to meet with him.

I have valid US visa, I suppose to go to US in JAN month but due to passport office I could not. Another visa is in the queue and I paid the money as part of application. I have to submit my documents before 20th Feb otherwise I will loose money and red mark on embassy.
