Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

First Appeal

(A Government Of Gujarat Enterprise) Ahmedabad-380 052 

I have asked for the analysis & identify the contents (Detailed) of Lignite of Rajpardi, Dist. Bharuch, South Gujarat. For Which I have received a letter on Date 20/01/2010 from K. N. Limbdia, G.M.

[P & A] & P.I.O. G.M.D.C. Limited, with reference No:  GMDC:PE:RTI-35:25301:2009-10 

Dated 11th January 2010.

But as per my requirement the detailed analysis of the material was not found. So with this letter I APPEAL to you to analysis the material i.e. Lignite of Rajpardi of South Gujarat.

I need  COMPLETE assessment  through proper analysis like all content presence in the material .

 Note:- We want to know the parameter of the lignite i.e. pH, EC, Percentage of Organic Carbon in Lignite, Total Percentage of N, P, K, Sulfur , Ca, Mg, Fe, & total PPM of Mn, Cu, Cr, Cd, Ni, Pb, Co, etc in LIGNITE & also contents of HUMIC ACID & FULVIC ACID.

Find the application fee for the request attached with this application(Indian Postal Order No. _________dated __________ is enclosed).If you feel that above requested information does not pertain to your department then please follow the provisions of Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005/Also as per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005 please provide the details (Name and Designation) of the first appellate authority w.r.t to your department with the reply to the above request., where I may if required file my first appeal.
