Dissipation of Information and Transparency not only checks corruption but can also check lots of menace in our society including the latest menace of ‘Maoist’. Combat strategies can be a secret but the social contacts with public authorities should be enhanced in the Maoist affected areas to the widest possible level. Again; Second stage Appeals are heard at the discretion of the CIC of the WBIC.. You shall have to earn that favorable discretion through an unknown criteria.. No docket no. or serial no. of your second stage Appeal will be given to you.. You spend again for this piece of information formally and you will be told by the SPIO of the WBIC that the WBIC does not have that procedure of informing docket no. etc..
You spend again to know the status of your year long pending Appeal and the SPIO of the WBIC will say "It is under consider.."
