I have filled a PF transfer through my current company. I have filled it in Dec 2008. From then I am checking my status on EPFO site in Know your claim status its showing the following:

Status of Your Claim
State : MAHARASHTRA / Region : MALAD(KANDIVILLI) / Establishment Code : 43209 / Employee No : 0946

Receipt_no Type status remarks
80230621 Form 13 Under Process Your Claim is received on 02/01/2009 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.

Please let me know how to proceed with this and do i need to file any RTI. If yes how to file it.

Yes you can file an RTI application to know the status and when your account will be transferred. To do so you need to click on the "Submit RTI Application" link on the top of this website. Alternatively you can file an RTI application manually with the respective EPFO office yourself.

thanks for your reply but the PF account is from kandivili mumbai and currently i am located in bangalore. So its difficult for me to file it to the respective PF office can i file that from bangalore. Please help me with the complete procedure from where to get the form and where to submit what all documents are required etc etc. Please help me.

You can also look out for the other PF related applications that are filed on the website, for your reference and take help in framing the application. You can view them in the published application by typing "Provident Fund" in search.
