Settelment of claim of late Km Meenakshi Mittal (EPF a/c no.********).

Km. Meenakshi Mittal who was serving in Moser Baer (I) Ltd. Noida, expired in a road accident on **/**/**.Moser Baer have submitted format for settlement of EPF claim on **/**/****

First objection was raised on may 2009 for submission of form-19 which was submitted by me on**/**/****, with Receipt number: ********.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

Again on **/**/** after a year another objection was raised, the same has been submitted on **/**/**** by  Moser Baer (I) Ltd. Noida. Though all the formalities have been completed but EPF Organization is showing the status of the case as-Your claim is received on **/**/**** and is being processed. Kindly try after 30 days from submission.                                                                                

No response from EPF office nor I am receiving any communication.Please do the needfull as soon as possible.
