CLIR facility provided by Idea Cellular in Rajasthan

I had applied Caller Line Identification Restriction facility also called CLIR on new postpaid connection to Idea Cellular after “No Objection Certificate” from the competent security agency. The Idea Cellular refused on grounds that you do not belong to the category of people who can be given this facility.

Particulars of information required :

1. May I know the category of the people to whom TRAI allows this facility?
2. Names, profession and addresses of persons to whom this facility is provided by the Idea cellular in the Rajasthan Telecomm Circle since launching of its services in Rajasthan in November 2006 to till date.
3. Kindly also reveal the name and designation of security agency who issued “No Objection Certificate” in each of these CLIR facilitated Idea cellular mobile subscribers.
