Hello,
Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
In 1940, Sri. J. T. Maloney formed a layout named Bromley Estate in old S.Nos.1 & 2 in Pattandur Agrahara Village, K.R.Puram Hobli – Bangalore East Taluk that he had purchased from Sri. William Haldwell. Bromley Estate covered an area of 49 acres 9 guntas that was divided into 30 plots of different dimensions.
In 1961, I purchased 4 plots in Bromley Estate under a registered deed of sale. I have been living in these plots and cultivating the same. Mutation of the 4 plots was effected on 1st Sept, 1964 as is entered in Mutation Register under number 11/64-65. The R.T.C. issued from then on refer to the property by the S.Nos.6/1A and 7/2.
Now, conversion of my land for nonagricultural purposes is held because the R.T.C. for S.No.6/1A and 7/2 do not have an “MR" number entered therein.
What is an “MR" No?
Who allots an “MR" No.?
How can I obtain an “MR No?
