Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

I am Anand Prakash Gupta, applied for a passport in 2006 with "Bareilly Passport Office" during my stay in IIT-Roorkee, but to my chagrin I haven't received my passport yet.

I have inquired about the same many no. of times with the "Bareilly Passport office" but never received any information on the same. The centralized website of the Passport Authority doesn't show any details of my application so I am hopeless to get any update from any channel.
