Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Kalahandi is always at the receiving end by Orissa Government since it merged with Orissa province. Joining Orissa province costs Kalahandi in development. Orissa Government policy priorities development in present days Odisha in those regions of former British Orissa compared to regions which are Princely States before 1948. IS THERE A SECRET AGENDA OF ORISSA GOVERNMENT ENDORSED BY THE CENTRE TO KEEP THESE PRINCELY STATES OF ORISSA IN PERPETUAL BACKWARDNESS?
If the answer is – NO, then why Orissa Govt and the Centre start all educational, research and other infrastructures in the areas covered by the former Orissa province of 1936-1947 and neglects former Princely States despite the fact that many of the Gadjat / princely States situates at congenial geographic features and environment and resources, such as Kalahandi in KBK as well as South Western Orissa, Athamallick-Boudh in Orissa and Mayurbhanj in North Orissa etc?
Data regarding the differences in the field of education, list of Universities, Government medical colleges, national institutions, public sector industries, start and completion of major irrigation projects, and communication between these two categories of administrative and political divisions, which consisted of the present Orissa State should be given.
