Kindly provide me with the following information requested under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
I have submitted the application for new ration card on 28-july-2009, the R.I told to me that he will be coming after one month for the verification, but till now the verification has not been made. I went to the civil supply office several times and their reply was the same " willbe coming next week". I am working for BSNL and I am expecting my transfer in the month of January 2010. So, i request you to kindly do the needful as early as possible.
Q1) What is the current status of my ration card application?
Q2) Why has there been so much delay in clearing my application?
Q3) Why didn't anybody come till date for the verification ?
Q4) When will I be getting my ration card now ?Find the application fee for the request attached with this application(Indian Postal Order No. _________dated __________ is enclosed).If you feel that above requested information does not pertain to your department then please follow the provisions of Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005/Also as per the provisions of the RTI Act, 2005 please provide the details (Name and Designation) of the first appellate authority w.r.t to your department with the reply to the above request., where I may if required file my first appeal.
