This RTI is being filed as a result of Violation of FSI by Mr.Francis Dsouza, resident of 17/18 Justin Co-op Hsg Soc, Orlem, Marve Road, Malad (West), Mumbai 400064.

Being the Secretary of the building this society member has illegally taken a part of the common veranda into his flat and constructed a door. It is a clear violation of the FSI space and not is accordance with the Building plan.

I would like to know if this member of the society has all the neccessary documents and permissions. We are being constantly harrassed by this particular member and he is making our day to day life miserable. I strongly require all these clarifications about these changes that have been made.

This complaint has been made earlier as well but by another member of the society and his apartment has been demolished twice for the same subject.
