Regarding: Delay in Passport

My passport application no is; Z4*****1, I haven't received the passport yet, on the site it says that there's no proper ID proof for the Date of Birth, and for that I've also sent and affidavit by the speed post, still haven't received any response and it's been more than six months when I sent the application.

Regarding: Information Regarding Charges Misuse

I have received a letter posted by DDA on the 19.09.2011 but mentioned as being posted on 19.08.2011 letter no F.21 (264) 70/LABS(R)/ DDA 4226 DATED 19.08.2011 in reference to my letter which i had filed on the 28/05/2011.

it is in respect of this letter that I need to submit and know the following:-

!.) I am sorry to state that despite my request to know on what basis the misuse charge of Rs 12,90,651.00 you r department has still not answered that query.

2.) Apart from this i also wanted to know that since the Beauty clinic/parlor was being run by the daughter-in-law of the house, was it not permissible under the law which protects and supports women to stand on their feet

3.) also we have to come to know that despite your survey staff having taken physical inspection and photographs of the entire house and having concluded that the beauty parlor  had been closed  why is it that still on your file  it is being mentioned that the parlor is still running.

4.) also we have been given to understand that in the misuse charge of rs 12,90,651.00 their is also an element of interest  charged in it, can we know what is this interest been charged for

We would request you to kindly give us all the details pertaining to this case as early as possible

Regarding: Fluoride affected villages in Nalgonda district

I am very much suffered due to fluoride contaminated water and I need the information of Fluoride affected villages,Fluoride affected families and children.And I also need what are the preventive measures are taken by the government of Andhra Pradesh.

Subject: DETAILS REGARDING TRAVEL

I had booked  a ticket in Shatabdi express train no 2009 through IRCTC under user id ***** for travel from Mumbai central to Bharuch junction on 23rd march 2010 vide transaction id 01*****3 PNR no 84*****553. I could not travel on that train and before train started on 22nd march 2010, I wrote to irctc to cancel the ticket as I could not do it online. They asked me to send details and I sent it and they asked me later on 23rd to file tdr as the train had left already. I filed tdr.

They wrote to me letter after many months, that railways has repudiated the claim stating that I had travelled.  I refused that but did not follow up as the amount involved was not of great botheration for me.

On 19th April 2011, after one year, irctc blocked my account stating that because I had falsely claimed, they are blocking my account. This is ridiculous as I was the aggrieved and they are taking action against me. I wrote to various quarters but I am not getting any response.

Particulars of information required: I want to get details from railways

1. Copy of the chart with TTR noting to see whether the TTR has marked me travelling. This is needed to ensure that it is not some clerk in railways who has given wrong information to IRCTC without checking the chart.
