I would like to tell regarding my passport application process, please go through the text below.
I have applied for passport on Feb 20th, 2009 at Ghaziabad (UP).At that time I was studying in the Muradnagar and had not mention college address details in passport application as i was living in a private hostel in Muradnagar (Ghaziabad) and my graduation was going to complete at that time, so I applied for a passport with my permanent address details.
At the time of second inquiry I could not meet the officer as I was out of town for a month, but in both the inquiries my father gave all the bribes or fees asked by the officers, and they assured a report stating all the things normal.
But a few months later I came to know that I will have to face both inquiry again, but I was planning to join a company in Mysore (Karnataka), and could not meet the inquiry persons at that time, but the officers are punctual and regular at their bribes so called fees, and they asked for more fees and my father gave that too.
SUBJECT - EXPANSION OF SH33
1. What is the actual width (road margine) of the SH 33 (State Highway) in Malavalli Town, which is passing through Maddur to Kollegal.
2. Weather Any work is ordered regarding the expansion or development of the above road in Malavalli Town. If it is ordered, what is the width of expansion, in which year is this work will begins.
3. Any order for the demolition of the buildings which are encroached the road margin in the SH33 at Malavalli town. (Malavalli town comes under town municipality).

1) Kindly provide the definition of dies-non and under what circumstances, is dies-non applicable for the central government employee

Duration of EOL on medical grounds: 1) 69 days 2)77 days in the same half year
and medical certificate and fitness certificate is submitted on joining again.
