1) Whether construction of shops is allowed and such structures are legally prohibited or not, under high tension electric wires in respect to the shops or/and garage constructed in the last quarter of year 2006, under such wires on part of plot-60-E Dayal Bagh, Gurudwara road.
The plot (part of 60-e Dayal Bagh) is a part of land owned by Ms. Deepti sharma, parts of which were sold to Mr Rakesh kumar aggarwal (my father) and Mr Sharma (my neighbours) in year 2007

According to the rules, a passport should have been issued within 45 to 60 days. However, it is more than 120 (one hundred twenty) days since the date of filing my application and I still have not received my passport. Where is is stuck and why?

SUBJECT: Delay in Income Tax Refund
I have not received my income tax refund for assessment year 2003-04. Now I have shifted to Mumbai.
At time of filing returns for that financial year, I had applied for PAN card and not received the same. My PAN Card number is AH*****2H and name is ****** mentioned in the income tax return as well.
