SUBJECT:legality and validity of construction of commercial shops under high tension electric wires

1) Whether construction of shops is allowed and such structures are legally prohibited or not, under high tension electric wires in respect to the shops or/and garage constructed in the last quarter of year 2006, under such wires on part of plot-60-E Dayal Bagh, Gurudwara road.

The plot (part of 60-e Dayal Bagh) is a part of land owned by Ms. Deepti sharma, parts of which were sold to Mr Rakesh kumar aggarwal (my father) and Mr Sharma (my neighbours) in year 2007

      According to the rules, a passport should have been issued within 45 to 60 days. However, it is more than 120 (one hundred twenty) days since the date of filing my application and I still have not received my passport. Where is is stuck and why?

      According to the rules, a passport should have been issued within 45 days. However, it is more than 120 (one hundred twenty) days since the date of filing my application and I still have not received my passport. Whare is is stuck and why? The concerned people do not respond over the telephone.

 4. Please inform me, according to your rules or citizens charter or any other order, number of days in which such a matter should have been dealt with and resolved. Please also provide a copy of these rules.

SUBJECT: Delay in Income Tax Refund

I have not received my income tax refund for assessment year 2003-04. Now I have shifted to Mumbai. 
At time of filing returns for that financial year, I had applied for PAN card and not received the same. My PAN Card number is AH*****2H and name is ****** mentioned in the income tax return as well.

It has been more than six years and I would like to know under the RTI act - Why this money has not been refunded to me. I can provide my current bank account details and request Income tax authorities concerned to initiate refunds directly into my savings account.
