Every year I am seeing in Andhra Pradesh that there are several re-elections happening as the sitting MLA's or MP's or resigning to thier posts and contesting the elections again and winning just to prove their agenda. As I am citizen of India and hail from Andhra Pradesh I am very much concerned about its cots.

I want to know the total cost for each Mini elections caused by resignations of the MLA's and MP's

I could like to draw your kind attention to the issue  which I am facing with the police verification for my passport.  I was staying in Bangalore from Oct 2007  to Sep 2011, from Sep onwards I am staying in my native location in Thiruvanathapuram kerala. I had applied for passport under the tatkal scheme on Nov 2011, at that time,  there was an issue in my address verification due to which I had to surrender my passport on March 27^th and then reapply for the police verification. I haven’t mentioned about the Bangalore stay  and hence had to re submit for the police re verification.

The application for police re verification was logged on March 27^th 2012 and I was told that the police re verification will be happening in 21 days, till now the verification has not yet happened.

On May 15^th after consulting with the  Grievance officer of the Thiruvanathapuram  regional passport office,  I had again resubmitted for the police verification and this time, I had mentioned about the address of the police station and the address of the commissioner office to which the application will be send.

The address in which I had staying in Bangalore is mentioned as below,

1. Why there is a huge delay in the police verification.

2. When will I get my passport after the police verification.
