After I joined Rishabh Software in 2010, I transferred my PF amount from my previous company (Ind Sigma Infotech, Cochin) to my Rishabh PF account.

 

Mail from Cochin PF office on my Grievance for PF transfer(2011):

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number KRKCH/E/2011/00052. It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason(s): An amount of Rs. 76538/- has been transferred vide Ch. No. 172214 dated 30.11.2010 has been transferred to GJ/BRD/21515/680.

 

In 2012 march, I withdrawn my PF amount and received only 87866/- (Rishabh software's 1 year PF amount) . When I enquired the Vadodara PF office, I was asked to provide Annexure-K from Cochin company saying they need proof for my PF transfer. Cochin company informed me that they dont have Annexure-K. Communicated this to Vadodara PF office and got below mentioned Grievance reply

 

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number ROVAD/E/2012/00258.

It is informed that after processing your grievance,the following action(s) has been taken:

Sir, it is to inform that Annexure 'K' is called for from Cochin Office regarding transfer of your PF accumulation from KR/KCH/21255/89 to GJ/21515/680, which is awaited till date. Further action will be taken on receipt the same.

Its been more than a month, there is no sign of action.

 

 

I had requested the transfer of my PF amount from old organization's account to new organization's account.

2) Reasons relating to delay in transferring of PF amount / credit in my current PF account, even after a lapse of more than 14 months from the application submitted from previous employer?

4) By when will I get the PF transferred to my current PF account?

5) What is the normal time limit applicable for a PF Transfer from another one PF account to another PF account in the same PF office

6) What will happen to the interest on the amount in question for this period?

7) Send me scanned copies of the cheques that were received by new PF office's bank.

8) Day by day progress on the process of transfer of PF balance

9) Names of officers responsible for the PF balance transfer of my account

10) What action will be taken against officers causing the delay and by when

Regarding: Delay in PF withdrawal

I have applied for PF withdrawal and the forms were received by the department on April 2011. Since then it has been more than 10 months and I am yet to receive my PF money.

I am submitting this RTI to let me know my PF status and when can I expect the withdrawal amount to get credited to my account.

Regarding: PF withdrawal cancelled and Transfer not completed

I applied for the PF withdrawal on 6-June-2011 and the same was rejected in Dec-2011. The rejection letter states that the PF is already settled with initiator comments that "PF transfer to account HR/******/1672.But the amount has not been transferred to the account. 
Background - On joining my current organization in March 2007, I filled Form for the PF transfer of my account DL/2*****597. But the same was not yet done. So I filled the withdrawal which was rejected stating the above reason.

New PF account: HR*****/5232
New EPS account: HR/*****7/1672
New Employer: Sapient

With all efforts, I could make that Transfer not done and withdrawal rejected.

1. Whether the EPF has been transferred or not?

2. If yes then to which account number?

3. If not, why the withdrawal is rejected?

4. If the transfer is being done, please let me know the reference number for the transfer.

5. How much amount was accumulated in OLD account along with interest?
