Regarding: Status of EPF transfer application

I have submitted form-13 on 16th Jan 2009 for EPF transfer from my Bangalore EPF account. The details of the application is given below.

Date of leaving service: 25th Aug, 2006
Date of joining present employer: 28th Aug, 2006
Current EPF no. : UP******

Current EPF account with: Sub-regional office at A 2c, Sector-24, Noida, UP
Transfer requested in favour of: UP/3*****, RPFC Noida

With all the efforts, I could make, I found that the transfer has not yet been made. I would like to know

Particulars of information required : As per list mentioned below

1. Whether the EPF has been transferred or not?
2. If not, why is it not transferred? 3. What will happen to the interest on that EPF till date?
