1) Total number of students who graduated in the Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering Branch from Goa University in 2009.

2) Number of students who scored more than 1727 marks out of 2350 in the Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering branch in 2009.

CSIS is the interest subsidy scheme provided to students availed education loan and who's parents annual income is less than 4.5 Lakhs during the period of , but the interest subsidy is not completely happening. The interest is only partially subsidized.

Please give the details of the CSIS scheme like

1. complete scheme details

2. how the interest are actually subsidized(whether complete interest or partial interest)

3. what all banks comes under this?

4. Zonal Lead bank and responsible person?

5. Courses covered and Inst Covered.

In addition to the above, please provide me the details for any 2011-2012 G.O issued referring to changes in the Courses to which the Education Loan will not be issued(like polytechnic)

First of all I want to know the meaning of Distance Education as per the UGC norms and the various rules which apply for any institution to conduct courses through distance mode.

I have completed M.Sc. (IT) from Distance Education branch of Punjab Technical Society, Lal Bazaar, Srinagar in the year 2007-2008. The Distance Cell is recognized by PTU authorities as well as UGC/AICTE. Now I cannot apply for a Govt. job in the State of J&K as the J&K Govt. does not entertain the qualification sort from distance education other than IGNOU and Kashmir University. I want know if PTU is recognized by the UGC/AICTE to conduct Distance education then how come the J&K Govt. is not entertaining the applications of the candidates who have learned through Distance mode from such Universities?

Also the J&K Govt. has made it obligatory to have the Distance Education of outside state universities to be recognized by the Kashmir University which is contrary to the rules of UGC (the governing body of Universities and Colleges etc.), according to which any form of educational course conducted by any Institution should be recognized by the UGC.  I want to know how Kashmir University will be given the authority to recognize the courses conducted by other Universities. Is Kashmir University an autonomous body/authority which can recognize the degrees awarded by other Universities? Under which norms it can recognize the degrees of other Universities, so that a candidate can apply for Govt. Job in J&K?

If the state Govt. does not entertain the qualifications from Distance education, then why the Distance Education Cells of various Universities were not closed down and sealed at the time of the decision taken by the state Govt.? I want to know When the decision was taken by state Govt. to ban the distance education from outside universities? what action the state administration and Higher education ministry took when the decision was taken ? How many Distance education branches were sealed by the J&K Govt.? Why PTU distance education branch Lal Bazaar was not sealed in the year 2007-2008?  Why the Distance education branches of various universities are still running in the Valley? Are they recognized by the J&K Govt.?

I am *** from Chandigarh. I have just passed out from 12th and I cleared IIT 2012 entrance exam under which my rank was as follows:

Marks Secured-99

In spite of getting rank, I didn't get any seat in any of the IITs. Therefore, I want to know the procedure under which the seats have been alloted. It is important here to mention that in the last round of allotment, it was not given any information be it seat allotment or preparatory course.
