Regarding: Marksheet of MBA 2nd Semester not received

I am a student of MBA-II semester (fulltime), roll no.-1*****3 I appeared for 2nd semester exam and got my result as not passed. I applied for Revaluation/Rechecking for my uncleared subjects-HR(Human Resource & BRM(Business Research Methodology).

I went to University and I saw my answer sheet, where there were chance of increasing marks as less and no marks were given to some answers.

After that I have been contact with Mr. *****, who gave me information that my subjects are cleared. I contacted my college and University but till date I did not received my marksheet with pass status.

Particulars of information required : As per list mentioned below

1. What is the status of rechecking?

2. If my marks have been increased then why dint I get my mark sheet?

3. If my marks are not increased then why Mr. ***** is assuring me for the same?

Regarding: Regarding recruitment of adv No: 16/2010

 

Particulars of information required: As per list mentioned below

I had applied for the post of Aeronautical Officer in DGCA advt no: 16/2010, item no 02. I came to know that the results have been published in the UPSC website for the above mentioned post. Out of 18 vacancies 07 have been filled mentioning that there is no suitable candidate for the remaining 11 post.

Besides having the required basic qualification and experience I was not called for any exam or interview. I was eagerly waiting for the same but now I am greatly disappointed

I request you kindly to give me the reason for rejection of my candidate and also the selection process done for the same post

Subject: State government scholarship been rejected

 

 

1. Application ID: M10*******3 for the year (2010-2011) scholarship not received provide reason.

 

 

2. Daily progress made on my application till date of your reply.

3. Names, designations and office addresses of the officials with whom my application was lying during this period and date wise period with each official and action taken by him/her.

4. Please give evidence of receipt and dispatch of my application in the offices of each of these officials.

5. Please inform me, according to your rules or citizens charter or any other order, number of days in which such a matter should have been dealt with and resolved. Please also provide a copy of these rules.

6. In case no action has been initiated for dereliction of duties against erring officials, the reasons be made known to me.

7. Please let me know when I am likely to receive my  scholarship

Regarding: DGCA's Pilot Examination

I have been working to convert my foreign Commercial Pilot License to Indian CPL. DGCA has at various times since September 2010 has misguided me in the process.

Particulars of information required : As per list mentioned below

1. My application for computer number was not traceable. September 2010.

2. My application for Computer Number was rejected October 2010. They rejected telling me that my documents were not attested by the correct authority. This however is incorrect. Nobody from the DGCA takes this issue responsibly nor are they responding to any correspondence by any means of communication.

3. I filed application again and was called to office of the DGCA. I was informed this time my documents are fake and not original. November 2010. However this is not the case as I showed them my original documents.

4. I filed application again for the same and this time they made me get my documents attested by the engineers office operating from the same building where DGCA's office is located in RK Puram.

Regarding: List of Candidates short-listed for Interview to Ph.D. Programme 2011- Mass communication, Jamia Milia Islamia

This is with reference to the admission for PhD in AJK Mass Communication Research Centre in Jamia Milia Islamia. Some 50-60 students appeared for the written exam which was conducted on 23rd July. In addition there were 23 people who were exempted by the Mass Communication department as they fitted into the criteria for exemption as mentioned in the guidelines. Over all there were some 121 students who had applied for PhD. Out of all the students who appeared for the written test, not a single person qualified or the interview as per the final list and as per the information given by Mass Communication. Secondly in the notification it was mentioned that there are 48 PhD seats in Communication department, but for the interview only 23 have been called for.

In relation to above two matters, I would like to see the following information from the AJK Mass Communication Research Centre.

Particulars of information required : As per list mentioned below

1) How is it possible to have vacancy of 48 PhD Seats and called only 23 people for the interview, when you have other more than 50 other students who appeared for the written test?

2) As no student who appeared for the written test qualified, I doubt this completely. I wish to know my marks as well as the marks of other students as they appeared for the interview.
