Regarding: Eligibility for MCA, M.Tech (CSE) Qualification to teach Engineering course in CSE/IT

Particulars of information required:

1. Whether a candidate who is MCA/M.Sc and M.Tech (CSE) is eligible for lectureship in Engineering stream (Computer Science & Engineering)

2. As per AICTE clarification vide F.No.FD/PSSC/Clarif./2003/1, dated 10.9.2003, candidate with MCA, M.Tech (CSE) is eligible for Lectureship in engineering stream. However AICTE norms of 05/2010 are not clear. Please Justify.
