Non-clearance of dues by Raksha TPA and ICICI Lombard GIC

As per our agreement with Raksha TPA Pvt. Ltd, we have been treating patients on a cashless basis and have submitted the list of bills i.e. **** no of bills, to be paid from September 2008 till 31.05.09. It had also been agreed that Raksha TPA would pay us within 45 days of submission of bill and to inform us regarding any dispute in the stipulated time i.e. 45 days.

It is also known to Raksha TPA that we have given 60% discount for pending bills submitted upto 31.05.09 after our discussion with ICICI Lombard GIC and they had assured us all dues would be cleared upto 30.06.09. Inspite of the discount 668 no. of bills remained unpaid with no communication from either party.

A copy of a letter dated 16.09.09 requesting the same had been dispatched to-

2. Manager, ICICI Lombard GIC,Opp. Rajib Bhawan, Guwahati-781005.

Mr. Raktim Phukan, In-charge Raksha TPA Pvt. Ltd., Guwahati office, has already been intimated on this issue several times but we are yet to receive a response.

I would like to know the status of the pending bills which have already been submitted.
