My father was an employee of b.c.c.l, a subsidiary of coal India ltd. He was having a provident fund a/c no - d/5****6 with c.m.p.f, Dhanbad branch. My father, now late ******, was at the post of ******* govindpur area - 3 with b.c.c.l, dhanbad. My father expired on 05/05/1997 due to cardiac arrest. Due to his death our family did receive the provident fund amount from the c.m.p.f office dhanbad.
