I would like to seek information from Balmer & Lawrie rearding on the following questions:-
1. Which airlines having business relations with Balmer & Lawrie have provided companion free scheme in the year 2010 and 2011?
2. How many excursion fare tickets have been bought by Balmer & Lawrie for Government of India functionaries travelling internationally in the year 2010 and 2011?
3. Please give the details regarding the travel details of the spouses of the Government employees who travelled with them, if any?
4. Is there an instance when Balmer & Lawrie has purchased from an international airline an excursion fare ticket for a Government of India employee while charging the Government full IATA fare? If so, please Give details in the year 2010-2011.
Regarding: Gate stipend not received for the period 2009-2011
I have graduated with M.Pharm from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani (BITS-Pilani) during the year 2009-2011. I have cleared the GATE exam in 2009 with a percentile score of 98.2 and eligible to be awarded the GATE scholarship for the period of study.
I have submitted details of the score card and copy of marksheet of each semester to the college which was forwarded to UGC. Hence the documentation required was complete.
Particulars of information required: As per list mentioned below
1. When will I receive the stipend for the two years (2009-2011).
2. What is the reason for the delay in payment of my GATE stipend for the above two years.
3. Whether the amount due to me will include any interest gained during the period.
Home robbery complaint registered with FIR number 0*****1 Crime number 175/09 under the section of IPC ***** on 19.06.2009 Friday which happened at #1*************i, Bangalore within the police station limits of Jnanabharathi, Kengari circle, Bangalore, Karnataka.
Kindly requested you to provide the information as per the below questions.
1. What is the status of the above mentioned robbery case?
2. Please provide the details of the daily report of the investigations done and names of responsible officers who worked on investigation of the above mentioned robbery?
3. What is the reason not to solve (close) this robbery case even though the pattern of robbery matched few robberies that happened in Jnanabharathi kengari circle police station limits?
4. Why not even single information is communicated to us about this robbery status since the FIR filed date i.e. 19.06.2009? If such communication is done please provide the details of the same?
5. What is the status of the home robberies which happened between 01.05.2009 to 01.12.2009 in the Jnanabharathi kengari circle police station limits?

Flight Ai-12 For New Delhi- Ahmedabad For 11/02/2012 Has Been Cancelled By The Company Without Informing The Concerned Passsengers.

It is required to know the reason for this flight cancellation as this time/rout slot fetches very good passenger traffic & fare per seat per km thereby causing huge revenue loss to the ailing airline.
Regarding: Information pertaining to SLP (CIVIL) No.(S) -1***3/2010 and (C) No. - ****/****
Particulars of information required : As per list mentioned below
1. I want to know whether under SLP (civil) No. - (S) 1****10 - ******and Others and Transfer Petition - (C) No. ******10, in which Supreme Court directed all the High Courts to transfer all the pending writ petition related to status of Public Prosecutors (whether they fulfill the criteria for higher judicial service or not), the written direction have been sent by the Supreme court to Jharkhand High Court or not.
2. If the written direction/order demanding the transfer of all the cases related to above mentioned status of public prosecutors have been received by Jharkhand High court, then please tell me the date of receiving and also whether that order has been followed or not.
3. Whether, in response to the direction/order of Supreme Court, the Jharkhand High court has sent the documents/records to the Supreme Court in relation to above mentioned status of public prosecutors. If yes, please tell me the date and content of that letter
According to RTI Rules of Jharkhand High Court, it is necessary to provide intention for asking questions under RTI. Although, it is against RTI Act, 2005 to provide intention for asking the documents, I am here under giving my intentions:
i) to make representations in front of Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court
ii) to make consultations with my advocate regarding my writ.
