Questions are regarding high rise residential tower buildings of a group housing complex. This group housing complex has 15 high rise building blocks. Each building block is 20 storey’s (65 Meters) tall.

1) What is the minimum open space width in meters required on ground floor level of a high rise residential tower building standing 20 storey’s (65 Meters) from fire-fighting perspective as per Delhi fire service bye-laws?

2) What should be minimum distance between two high rise residential tower buildings each 65 Meter tall from fire-fighting perspective as per Delhi fire service bye-laws?
3) What should be the width of the inner roads of group housing complex that are connecting the high rise residential tower buildings blocks from fire-fighting perspective as per Delhi fire service bye-laws.

Question is regarding high rise residential tower buildings belonging to group housing complex. This group housing complex has 15 high rise building blocks. Each building block is 20 storeys (65 Meters) tall.

1) What should be the minimum setback width in meters as per building bye-laws of Delhi of a high rise residential tower building standing 20 storey (65 Meters) tall from the boundary wall.

2) What should be the side setback width in meters as per building bye-laws of Delhi between two high rise residential tower buildings each 65 Meter tall?

3) Can construction be allowed on the setback area as per building bye-laws of Delhi?

I am a resident of Swapnalok Towers Co-operative Housing Society. We have adopted the model bye laws for running the operations of the society.
