Regarding: Information about Availing for National holiday

I am working  as a cabin crew in Air India (former Indian Airlines),and as a cabin crew we fly on all 6 day, and on 7th day we are supposed to take an off(DGCA requirement).

My question is that we even fly on all national holidays i.e. 26th January, 15th August, 2nd October but are not entitled to get a compensatory off nor we get any extra payment for that as we are flying on a day which is supposed to be national holiday, whereas our colleagues in other departments (commercial, engineering etc) either gets a compensatory off or extra payment as they are working on those days.

Aren't we supposed to avail a national holiday, or is the rules different for a cabin crew, as a citizen of India I would like to know my rights.

Subject: Issue of illegal certificate of structural stability

I am********
I have come across the fact that in 2008, Department of Civil Engineering, IIT Delhi has provided safety NOC to my immediate neighbor, resident of House no 2K-65, NIT Faridabad (Front Portion), for installation of mobile tower through M/s. Wireless-TT Info Services Limited Delhi (A wholly owned company of TATA TELESERVICES LIMITED), neglecting certain key facts mentioned below.

The foundation of the building is not at all strong enough for the installation of mobile tower as the pillars (outside columns) are inserted on an already constructed house by breaking the corner walls from outside. Moreover, the pillars are not digged more than 5 inches below the ground level.

Hence, I would like to request the following details

- On what basis, the certificate has been issued from your department (considering it has been legally issued) neglecting these important facts?
- Whether site inspection was done prior to providing the certificate?
