Subject: Clarification regarding the record of right of my land

(1)  I & my brother jointly purchased a  part a land of 3000 sq ft (sixty nine decimals)  from  original plot no 487(four hundred eighty seven) which is 482.5 decimals. on 10th January 2006 in the sub registrar office, Bhubaneswar

(2) The location of the land is:

Mouza: Badaraghunathpur

Khata No. 24(twenty four)

Plot no. **7

Circle :Jatani

P.S - Jatani

Tahasil: Jatani

under the jurisdiction of Sub- registrar Jatani

So I want to know when I get the record of right of the land i.e PATTA of  my land. It has already five years left. I am not getting any concrete information from the office .
