Regarding: Mahagun Mascot group housing scheme plot No.5, Sec-11, Dundahera, Crossings Republik, near ABES Engg College, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

As per rule 3.4.5 of Ghaziabad Vikas Pradhikaran Bhavan Nirman Avam Vikas Upvidhi 2008 buildings of height more than 50 Meters should have 15 Meters setback all around on ground.

Building ‘Block C1’ and ‘Block D’  within 'Mahagun Mascot' only have front setback of 9 Meters as per sanctioned plan Sanction No. 941/EHA/****** dated 26.12.2007.

Particulars of information required:

1) Why has building ‘Block C1’ and ‘Block D’ approved in violation to this rule?

2) What is the name of the GDA officer/officers who has approved ‘Block C1’ and ‘Block D’ in violation to the above mentioned rule?
