Subject: Hazaribagh railway out agency “ citi link” bus service

I would like to get some information regarding the following below mentioned points. I am already running bus services for hazaribag to Ranchi, Ramgarh, Bokaro, dhanbad etc. Now I am interested in running busses for Hazaribag to Koderma Railway station, just like the CITI Link Bus Service which is running busses from Hazaribag Town to Koderma Railway station. I would like to know the following.
One very important aspect here is that the questions I have asked must not be leaked as it has been done previously from RTI ECR offices and threatening have been made on life of persons who have dared to ask the questions against the person(s) involved with this group.

1.  What is the process of getting the license to run busses for passengers on this railway route?
2.  How do I apply for the license?
3.  Is there any tender called for the same service of running the bus service from Hazaribag to koderma railway station?
4.  If yes, when was the last tender called for? From where is the tender called for or given in news papers etc?
5.  In what news papers or TV channels is it advertised for?

6.  Who were the parties who applied for the tender for the last time? Please state the names and phone numbers of them.
7.  In which newspapers were the advertisement for the last tender given?
8.  Citilink is running the bus service for the last 10 years and its services have never been allotted to any other person. Is there any reason behind this?
9.  in the last 10 years how many times the services have been renewed and what is the renewal process?
10. When is the next renewal date? Will a tender be called for again?
11. Who is fixing the bus fares for this government based service?
12. Who has the authority to fix the bus fare for Hazaribag to Koderma, in case of fuel prices hike?
13.  Is it necessary to print the bus fare on the ticket?
14.  Will I be allowed to print the Railway departments name on the Bus Ticket and the Body of the Bus too?
15. I am also interested in getting the license for selling General Railway tickets to passengers as is done by Citi Link Out agency at Hazaribag. What is the process for this?
