Regarding: Why there is a partiality with the persons having a fully wait listed E-ticket

Indian Raillway does not allow to board the train to the persons having a fully wait listed E-ticket after chart preparation. Those buy the ticket from reservation counter (even if having a wait list status after chart preparation) are allowed to board the train.

Particulars of information required: As per list mentioned below

Q1. Why the fully wait listed e-tickets are cancelled after chart preparation even if  IRCTC takes the full faret while booking the ticket.

Q2. Why Indian Raillway treats fully wait listed E-tickets holders differently in comparison with persons who has a wait listed ticket bought from the counter.

Q3. Why the  fully wait listed E-tickets can not be treated as a valid ticket and the  holders  be allowed to board the train and enjoy the equallity right like the persons who has bought a wait listed ticket from the counter.
