Subject: Unauthorized constructions

This question relates to unauthorized constructions on Tulasi Theatre Road in Marathhalli.  There are quite a few unauthorized constructions on either side of the road leading to tremendous congestion of the narrow road.  In specific question are the unauthorized constructions in front of Viceroy Boulevard Apartment.
