Regarding: Delay in PF withdrawal

I have applied for PF withdrawal and the forms were received by the department on April 2011. Since then it has been more than 10 months and I am yet to receive my PF money.

I am submitting this RTI to let me know my PF status and when can I expect the withdrawal amount to get credited to my account.

Regarding: Old IT refunds pending for past more than 4 yrs.

My pan no. is AG****8E.  I had submitted my application under RTI dt. 13.4.2010 to ITO Ward 22(2)(1), Room No. 419, 4th Floor, Tower No. 6, Vashi Railway Station Complex, Vashi, Navi Mumbaii.  I thereafter got a letter from the ITO dt.18.6.2010 bearing No. ITO-22(2)(1)/rti/2010-11 asking for my bank account details, which I provided vide my letter dated 28.6.2010.  Since then there is no response from the ITO.  I don't know what to do now.  I request you to intervene and get my refunds for AY-2006-07 and AY-2007-08 of Rs. 1074 and Rs.2604 respectively granted to me at the earliest.  My bank account details are as under:

The State govt. has recently build a Railway flyover on the Crossing of Ballabgarh Sohna Road before 2 years and I want information regarding the land which comes under railway flyover, as there are so many Temporary shops are running under this Railway flyover and also on the service roads from both the sides when we come from sector 25 side or when we come from ballabgarh side, I want information that weather govt has given this land on rent, lease Or on Patta to these shopkeepers and if so then please confirm the rent/Lease amount to the undersigned.
